We aim to get things right every time, but if something falls short we want to know. We treat every complaint seriously, respond quickly, and use what we learn to improve.
How to raise a concern
Speak to any member of the team, call us on 0115 718 3679, or email hello@thebeestondentist.co.uk. Please give us as much detail as you can. We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to respond fully within ten.
If you remain unhappy
You can contact the Dental Complaints Service (for private dental care) on 020 8253 0800, or the General Dental Council at gdc-uk.org. Our care is also regulated by the Care Quality Commission (cqc.org.uk).
