We assess your mouth, take a CBCT scan and discuss every suitable option, honestly, including alternatives to implants.
Digital planning
Your implant position is planned virtually for the safest, most precise placement and the best aesthetic result.
Gentle placement
Implant placement is usually done under local anaesthetic and is far more comfortable than most people expect. Sedation is available.
Healing & integration
Over 8–12 weeks the implant fuses with your bone. Temporary teeth keep you smiling in the meantime.
Your new tooth
Your final crown, bridge or denture is fitted, checked and perfected. Then we keep it healthy for the long run.

Frequently asked questions
The procedure itself is done under local anaesthetic and most patients are surprised how comfortable it is, many compare it favourably to having a filling. Mild soreness for a few days afterwards is normal and easily managed.
Most healthy adults are. Factors like gum health, bone volume, smoking and certain medical conditions affect suitability, our consultation and 3D scan will give you a definitive answer.
Studies show survival rates above 95% at 10 years. With good hygiene and regular maintenance visits, an implant can last decades.
Typically three to six months from placement to final tooth, allowing time for the implant to integrate with your bone. Some cases can be completed faster, we'll map out your personal timeline at consultation.
